ku9 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ku9 platform and all services provided under it. By visiting the ku9 website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

ku9 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming services. Access to and use of this platform is permitted only for individuals who are eligible to participate in online gaming under the laws of their respective jurisdiction.

2.1 Registration

To use services on ku9, you must open a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, all associated accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the ku9 support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

ku9 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

All ku9 services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors (under 21) are strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any gaming activity.

ku9 may request age verification documents during registration and at the time of withdrawal. If a member has opened an account by stating a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited and winning amounts may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on ku9 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit is ৳200 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Account Verification and Withdrawals

Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request. It is generally recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit. ku9 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request as part of anti-money laundering measures.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing through a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. The name on the payment method must match the name registered on the ku9 account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New ku9 members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; the wagering requirement before withdrawing the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may receive each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings derived from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• ku9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any abuse of bonuses or attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is subject to penalties.
• All promotional offers, including VIP cashback, may have their own specific terms.

5.3 VIP Cashback

ku9's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with cashback awarded each week based on net losses. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

6.1 Betting Rules

All betting activity on ku9 is governed by set rules. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled — exceptions apply in the case of technical errors. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are considered final.

6.2 Game Results

ku9's casino games are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair outcomes. In the event of any dispute over a game result, ku9's server logs will be considered the final record.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection or any other technical issue, the last data recorded on the ku9 server will be used as the basis for resolution. The user is solely responsible for their own internet connection.

6.4 Suspicious Activity

If ku9 believes a member is using betting software, bots, or any other unauthorised method, that account's betting activity may be suspended immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Placing bets using betting bots, automated software, or similar tools.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Using abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards ku9 staff or members.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action by ku9.

8.1 ku9's Rights

ku9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason or no reason. This action may be taken in particular in cases of Terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may request to close their own account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw all valid balances before closing an account.

8.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, ku9 will decide whether to return or forfeit the balance based on its review and assessment. In the case of a voluntary account closure, the member retains the right to receive their valid balance.

ku9 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Details on how member data is collected, stored, and used are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you also accept that Privacy Policy.

All transactions and personal information are protected by SSL encryption. ku9 does not sell members' personal information to third parties. However, information may be disclosed to relevant authorities when required by law or for fraud investigations.

ku9 believes that gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. We ask all members to play within their means. Our platform provides tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, betting limits, and session limits.

ku9 accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a bet or game is affected by the member's own internet disconnection.
• If loss occurs due to hardware or software issues on the member's device.
• If a third-party service (payment gateway, network provider) fails.
• If service is disrupted due to unavoidable natural disasters or man-made events.
• If the member suffers financial loss as a result of their own betting decisions.

In the event of any technical error that causes odds or results to be displayed incorrectly, ku9 reserves the right to make corrections, even after a bet has been confirmed.

ku9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, ku9 will attempt to send a notification to the registered email address. However, even if that notification is not received, the most recently published Terms will apply. It is the member's responsibility to visit this page regularly and stay informed of the latest Terms.
